The Friends of Bon Echo Park is committed to maintaining the accuracy, confidentiality and security of your personal information. We respect your right to privacy and have instituted practices that will help ensure that your personal information is handled responsibly. The Friends of Bon Echo Park is responsible for all personal information under its control. We use the term “personal information” to describe most types of information that can be linked to an identifiable individual. Examples include your name, home address, telephone number, email address and website address. Maintaining a database of personal information provides us with the information required to communicate with our membership, our volunteers, the artists connected with our Art Exhibition and Sale, other Friends organizations and our business associates. We will keep our information as accurate and up-to-date as may be necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it is to be used. We will not use or disclose personal information for purposes other than those for which it was collected, except with the written consent of the individual or as required or permitted by law. Individuals are entitled to check the accuracy of their own personal information and to request that it be amended, if appropriate.
